How much does shipping cost?
€10 anywhere in Italy, by express courier.
When will my order ship?
If the products are in stock, we ship within 24/48 hours of your order.
What if a product is not available?
We put it into production straight away: our sweets are handmade with sourdough and need their time. As soon as it's ready we ship it, and before shipping we email you to say when it leaves. If you'd rather not wait, reply to the email and we'll cancel the order.
How can I pay?
With PayPal (also by card, without needing a PayPal account) or by bank transfer: in that case we email you the details and prepare your order once the transfer has arrived.
Where can I find ingredients and allergens?
On each product page and on its ID card, via the QR code on the package.
