Returns and refunds

Before shipping

You can cancel your order until it has shipped: write to info@pasticceriadelia.it, call +39 0975 73170 or reply to the confirmation email. We refund everything.

After delivery

Packaged products (panettoni, pandori, colombe, biscuits, spreads and packaged babà): you can withdraw within 14 days of the day you receive them, without giving any reason, using the Withdrawal from contract form. The product must be returned intact and sealed; return shipping is at your expense and we refund you within 14 days, including the shipping you paid when buying.

Fresh pastries (cakes, mini pastries, single portions and small pastries): they deteriorate rapidly, so the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 59, paragraph 1, letter d) of the Italian Consumer Code).

If something is wrong

If the parcel arrives damaged, or a product is wrong or not as it should be, write to us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a new product or refund you.

How we refund

Refunds are made with the same method you used to pay: to PayPal (or the card used with PayPal) or by bank transfer to your account.
