The Ultimate Dessert at the Università dei Sapori

Final of «The Ultimate Dessert» competition promoted by Eccellenze Italiane at the Università dei Sapori in Perugia, with Luca Montersino and, among the judges, Carlo Cambi.

Among the four finalists, all top-level master pastry chefs, Domenico Manfredi's Pasticceria D'Elia with the Sweet Acquerello.
